試着してもいいですか？

“on”には、「身につけて」という意味があるので、“try something on”で、「（服など）を履いてみる、試しに着てみる、試着する」という意味にです。

“Can I try this on?”で、「試着してもいいですか？」になります。

そして、“Can I try this on, please?”と、最後に“please”を付けると、丁寧な言い方になります。

他のサイズのものがあるかということを聞く場合には、“Do you have this in small?”「Sサイズはありますか？」“Do you have this in medium?”「Mサイズはありますか？」“Do you have this in large?”「Lサイズはありますか？」“Do you have this in size 10?”「10号サイズはありますか？」などと使えます。
