“Kiss my ass!”を直訳すると、「私の尻にキスをしろ！」という意味になりますが、ここでは文字通りの意味ではなく、「くそくらえ！」、「ふざけるな！」とか「勝手にしやがれ！」などという意味です。
“ass”という言葉が用いられていることからも分かるように、かなり下品な表現で、相手の言ったことに強く反発・憤慨して、相手をひどく侮辱する場合に用いられる表現で使えます。
“Bite my ass.”という表現も、同じような意味合いでも使えます。
“You can kiss my ass.”または“You can bite my ass.”と言うことも使えます。
“Kiss my ass!”という表現は、かなり下品な表現なので、それよりももう少し下品でない言い方で、“Kiss my butt!”とか“You can kiss my butt.”などと言うことも聞いたことあります。
