“Which do you want? Take your pick.“
名詞の“pick”には、「選択権、選択」という意味がありますが、“one’s pick”とすると、「自分の選んだもの」という意味になりますが、“Take your pick.”を直訳すると、「自分の選んだものを手に取って」という意味になり、そこから、「お好きなものをどうぞ」、「好きなものを選んで」または「どれでもいいよ」などという意味になるわけです。
“take one’s pick of ～”や“take one’s pick from ～”とすると、「～の中から好きなものを選ぶ」という意味です。
“Which do you want? Take your pick.”
