“I dont think so, don’t count on it!”
“count”には、「～を数える；～を数に入れる」などという意味がありますが、“count on ～”で、「～に頼る、～を当てにする、～を期待する」という意味です。
“Don’t count on it.”という否定の命令文になると、「期待しないでね」または「当てにしないでね」という意味です。
例えば：
“Can you fix this?”
「これ、直せる？」
“I’ll give it a try, but don’t count on it.”
「やってみるけど、当てにしないでね」
