“I can promise you that for sure!”
「確かに」「もちろん」「その通り」「はい」という意味です。
“for sure”は“I can’t say for sure.”の支え方もできます、「何とも言えないな；はっきりしたことは言えない」などのように、文中で「確かに、確実に」と言う意味で用いられますが、口語では、相手の言ったことに対して「その通り」「はい」「もちろん」と答える場合に、単独で、“For sure.”という表現を用いることがありますね。
“I heard you had a really bad day yesterday.”
「昨日は本当にひどい一日だったんだってね」
“For sure.”
「その通りだよ」
“Are you ready to go?”
「出かける準備はできてる？」
“For sure.”
「もちろん」
