“I’m easy.”は、“I’m easy to please.”を省略したもので、直訳すると、「私を満足させるのは簡単だ」という意味になり、「私はうるさく注文をつけない」という意味合いで、「特にこだわりはないよ」とか「どちらでも構わないよ」とか「何でもいいよ」などという意味になります。
“What would you like for dinner today?”
「今日の夕食は何がいい？」
“Whatever is fine. I’m easy.”
「何でもいいよ。特にこだわりはないよ」
