What are you talking about? It makes no difference to me.
“make a difference”には、「影響を生ずる、相違を生ずる、重要である」という意味がありますが、“make no difference”となると、「影響を生じない、相違が生じない、重要ではない」という意味になりますね。
なので“It makes no difference to me.”を直訳すると、「それは私にとって重要ではない」という意味になり、そこから、「どちらでも構わないよ」「どちらでもいいよ」「どうでもいいよ」などという意味です。
“Which day is better for you, Sunday or Monday?”
「日曜日と月曜日、どちらの方が都合がいい？」
“It makes no difference to me.”
「どちらでもいいよ」
