“Thats not in my book.“
“book”には、「本、書籍」という意味のほかに、「基準、規則」などという意味もあるんですが、“in my book”と言うと、「私の基準では」⇒「私の意見では、私の考えでは」などという意味になります。
“Not in my book.”と言うと、「私の意見では、そうではない」⇒「私はそうは思わない」という意味になりますが、「他の人はどう思っているか知らないけれど、私はそうは思わないよ」という場合に用いられる表現ですね。
“Do you think we have enough time to redo this?”
「これをやり直す時間があると思う？」
“Not in my book.”
「僕はそうは思わないね。」
