“Pull yourself together! It’s not the end of the world.”
“pull oneself together”には、「気を静める、自制心を働かす、しっかりする、気を取り直す」という意味があるので、“Pull yourself together!”で、「気を取り直して！」とか「しっかりしろよ！」という意味です。“Pull yourself together!”を直訳すると、「自分自身を一緒にして引っ張って！」という感じになりますが、混乱したり動揺したりしてバラバラになった自分自身を1つにまとめて引き寄せるようなイメージがあります。こんなふうに、イメージしてみると、英語表現の意味も覚えやすいと思います。
