“Sure thing, I’ll pick that up from my way home from work!”
“Sure thing.”は、相手の言葉への同意を表したり、相手の提案・依頼に快く応じて、「いいとも」、「もちろん」、「もちろん、いいよ」、「了解」とか「喜んで」という意味です。
同様の意味で、“Absolutely.”、“Of course.”、“Definitely.”、“Certainly.”または“By all means.”などという表現もありますね。
“Could you open the window?”
「窓を開けていただけますか？」
“Sure thing.”
「もちろん、いいよ」
“Could you give me a hand?”
「ちょっと手伝ってくれますか？」
“Sure thing.”
