“If you say so, That makes two of us.“
“two”には、「2つ、2人」という意味のほかに、「2つ1組のもの、2人1組のもの」という意味がありますが、“That makes two of us.”を直訳すると、「それは、私たちを1組のものにする」という意味になりますので、「私も同じだ」、「同感だ」、「それは私たち2人に言えることだ」または「私も」などという意味にも使います。
自分も相手と立場や意見が同じだという場合に用いられる表現も普通です。
“I’m tired.”
「疲れたよ」
“That makes two of us.”
