“She likes me, and vice versa.”
“vice versa”は、通常“～ and vice versa.”という形で、「逆もまた然り」または「逆もまた同じ」などという意味です。「先に言ったことの反対もまた正しい」という場合に用いられる表現ですね。これが、“～ but not vice versa.”となると、「しかし、その逆は言えない」という意味になっています。
“And vice versa?”「その逆もそうですか？」というように、疑問文の形で用いられることも使われています。
“She likes me, and vice versa.”
「彼女は私のことが好きで、逆もまた同じ。」
