“No problem. You can count on me.”
“count on ～”には、「～を頼りにする、～を期待する、～を当てにする」という意味ですが。“You can count on me.”を直訳すると、「あなたは私を当てにすることができる」または「あなたは私を頼りにすることができる」という意味、「当てにしていいよ」、「任せておいて」または「期待していいよ」などという意味です。
“You can trust me.”「任せてよ」も、同じような意味になりますね。
また、命令形で、“Count on me.”や“Trust me.”と言っても、同じ意味になります。
“Can you do me a favor?”
「お願いがあるんだけど」
“Sure, what is it?”
「いいよ、何なの？」
“Can you look after my dog for the weekend?”
「週末、犬の世話をしてもらえるかな？」
“No problem. You can count on me.”
「問題ないよ。任せておいて」
