“He was checking out other girls the whole time! I got pissed off.”
“piss somebody off”には、「（人）をいらいらさせる、むかつかせる、怒らせる、うんざりさせる」という意味です。“be pissed off”になると、「（人）がいらいらする、むかつく、怒る、うんざりする」という意味になっています。
そして、be動詞の代わりに“get”を用いると、「～になる」という変化を表すことです。“I got pissed off.”で、「頭にきた」とか「むかついた」という意味です。
この“I got pissed off.”「頭にきた」とか「むかついた」という表現は、インフォーマルな表現で、“piss”「小便をする」という単語も、あまりきれいな言葉ではないのですが、よく用いられる表現になります。
“How was your date last night?”
「昨晩のデートどうだった？」
“Horrible!”
「ひどかったわ！」
“Why? What happened?”
「どうして？何があったの？」
