“My mouth is on fire, but this Korean food is so good!”
“My mouth is on fire!”を直訳すると、「私の口が燃えている！」という意味になります。この直訳からでも、何となく意味は分かるでしょうけれど、“on fire”には、「（傷などで）ヒリヒリして」という意味もあるんですが、“My mouth is on fire!”は、「（辛いものを食べて、その辛さで）口がヒリヒリする」ということから、「辛い～！」とか「超辛い～！」という意味になります。
ものすごく辛いものを食べたときに、用いられれる表現になります、
「辛い」という英語の表現は、いろいろありますが、代表的なものとしては、ヒリヒリする辛さには、“hot”、香辛料のきいた辛さには、“spicy”などが用いられますね。
